Network Member Payment & Reporting Obligations

Version: 2025.2 | Effective Date: 01 February 2025

1. Purpose and Scope

This policy establishes the Payment and Reporting obligations for all Members of The ESG Institute’s Global Network. It applies to all individuals, companies, or entities operating under a Network Membership Agreement with The ESG Institute.

The purpose of this policy is to:

  • Ensure transparency and consistency in financial contributions and reporting.

  • Clarify the responsibilities of Members regarding payments, revenue sharing, and performance reporting.

  • Foster accountability, enabling both The ESG Institute and its Members to operate efficiently and sustainably.

2. Payment Obligations

2.1 Membership Fees

  • Membership Fees may apply depending on the scope of benefits and resources accessed by the Member.

  • The amount, if any, is set out in the Network Membership Agreement or relevant appendices.

  • Fees are reviewed periodically, and any changes will be communicated to Members with a minimum of 60 days’ notice.

2.2 Revenue Sharing Contributions

  • Members contribute to the network through a revenue-sharing model.

  • The precise revenue-sharing terms (including percentages or amounts) are specified in the Member’s signed agreement.

  • This contribution supports access to shared tools, brand recognition, lead generation, professional development, and global sales opportunities.

2.3 Invoicing and Payment Terms

  • Invoices will be issued by The ESG Institute for:

    • Membership fees (if applicable),

    • Revenue-sharing contributions,

    • Any other agreed fees or costs.

  • Standard payment terms require settlement within 30 days of the invoice date.

  • Late payments will incur a monthly late fee (as detailed in the Membership Agreement).

2.4 Payment Link for Minimum Monthly Payments

  • If a minimum monthly payment applies, The ESG Institute will provide the Network Member with a secure payment link.

  • This payment link will be shared with the Member along with the first invoice issued after membership activation or renewal.

  • Members are responsible for making timely payments using the provided payment link or other agreed methods. Failure to pay within the specified period may result in late fees, suspension of privileges, or termination of membership as outlined in the Network Membership Agreement.

2.5 Flexibility and Review

  • Revenue-sharing and fee structures are customized based on each Member’s business model, territory, and level of engagement.

  • The ESG Institute may review and propose adjustments periodically. Changes will only take effect after prior written notice (minimum 60 days) and, where appropriate, consultation with the Member.

  • Members must submit a Monthly Financial Report summarizing:

    • Revenues from training referrals.

3.2 Quarterly Performance Reports

  • In addition to monthly revenue reporting, Members must submit a Quarterly Performance Report outlining:

3.4 Non-Compliance with Reporting

  • Failure to report without valid justification may lead to:

    • Written warnings.

    • Suspension of branding and lead-sharing privileges.

    • Review or termination of membership if non-compliance persists.

4. Confidentiality and Data Integrity

  • All submitted financial and performance data will be treated as confidential.
