Call for Trainers. Project Sulby: Designing and Managing Impactful Trade Development Projects

The ESG Institute has been invited to submit a proposal for a high-level capacity-building program in Saudi Arabia, focused on strengthening institutional capabilities in project design, adaptive management, and evaluation within the context of international trade development. This 5-day in-country training aims to enhance the effectiveness of development interventions by improving the use of Results-Based Management, Theory of Change, Logical Frameworks, and modern monitoring and evaluation tools. The initiative is part of a broader effort to support strategic, impactful, and future-ready development projects.
